It is foggy today, and the snow is melting away. Yikes! I hope is not gonna be icy in the next few days, because it is usually the case? I just hate coming back in to my stiff driveway,  getting down is not that bad, but getting up is a bit a challenge. Even thought I have not slide yet, I mean I did slide a little, but I did not slide onto the grass or anything.  But just the thought of sliding is scarry?

Anyway, on January 2^nd was back to school for the kids. But we experience a snow storm the night before, then the school declared no school the next day.  The next morning on the 3^rd, while preparing Triz for school, I decided to just give the school a call just wanted to make sure if either there is school or no school that day.  What do you know, I found out that there is no school the entire week! Lucky me?!  Or should I say malas ko? I was even worried and scared to go out and would get stock somewhere.  We had  11 inches of snow, I mean it was white everywhere!  

I had been trying to get my Christmas decorations off already. Yeah, I know, it’s not January 7^th yet. But heck, nothing else to do in here? I have to stay home since the kids are in  no school mode.  We did managed to go grocery on Thursday, yup, 4 of us. We went to Costco and Mejier.  They did okay, people would stop and talk to them and compliments how behave they were, I guess the sweet compliments  from people made them  behave more. But I have to admit when going grocery shopping with my kids it would cost more than I usually spend on our weekly  grocery. They all wanted to help, crab everything that they thought was good and diffirent from the food I usually buy.

Anyways, I am here in front of my laptop, while Garin is napping, John went to a motorcycle show with friends, and the other two are busy with their cutting papers and coloring. I just have to let them be, but oh boy, thinking of the cleaning later is the opposite of  what they are doing right now.  I can hear Jonathan already telling me how tired he is from cutting papers and he's fingers are tired from coloring. ~_^

I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Year with family. I wish everybody a  great start for New Year and throught  out the years to come!  ^_____^

 

looks like you had a very busy day Lan ha.. the weather is surely weird.Yesterday it was 60 and not highest is 70! wow!.. hehehe.. suppose to snow nga this month but it didnt. Oh well.. i like it much better. :) have a nice day to ya!

I hope u r not as bz as me! I only have two but it seemed like I have an army here now that school is back. Yes, Lan! my school starts back yesterday.
We haven't seen any snow this year but our weather has been a nasty frigid one. With regards to ur kids busy life, time will come they're be all in school and ur schedule will be better. U are still a "SUPERB MOM" 'coz u don't wasted ur time in front of the PC but to ur kids and to their well being. U r a "kids-centered" parent just like how I characterized myself. U will be rewarded for it later. Keep up the great work and hugs and kisses to ur three huggable pumpkins .

Lan, 11 inches of snow! Wow! I hope Evan will be as well-behaved as your 3 chikitings. I can't imagine doing grocery shopping with 3 little ones in tow, that could be quite a challenge but I suppose fun esp when they are bigger and well-behaved. I had fun talking to you. I do hope I could visit you again soon, I would look forward to it.
