Happy Thanksgiving!

 We will have our Thanksgiving at home.  It would be our second year Celebrating  Thanksgiving in this house. Yeah, it has been 2 years!   Parang kalian lang nag moved in kami dito. Dapat sa sis-in-law kami mag Thanksgiving, pero dapat talaga may sarili din kaming Celebration para magiging tradisyon na. Iba na kasi pag may mga anak ka na, parang gusto mo rin ipakita sa kanila na it is nice to stay home and enjoy as a family.  I am only planning to just have a turkey and few small side dish. We still have plenty of left-over from the party we had last Saturday. I have 2 layer of apple pies and a layer of pumpkin pie and ham.  I hate throwing food away, so it is gonna be in my fridge until it would turn blue!

Anyway, I finally can rest for a 5 days (no school). The kids are going to have  Thanks giving recess started tomorrow.  They will be back in school on Monday.  I am sure everyone are busy preparing for a fiestive  Thanksgiving.  ~_^

 We had a baby shower party for a friend last Saturday.  It was fun,  we had a potlock style of a party.  I did not prepare much,  at first I was only planning of  cooking caldirita. Pero 5pm pa kasi ang party, kaya naka luto ako ng caldirita, pork and beans, sinigang and humba!  Na sanay lang kasi ako mag luto ng marami pag may party ako, kaya ganoon.

 Our party started at around 5pm. I would say, yon lang ang party ko na hindi matagal. Kasi usually, ang party naming would start at noon or 2pm hangang 9 to 10pm. Last Saturday  nag start ng 5pm umalis ang iba mga 9pm. Pero natapos kami mga 10:30pm. But anyway,  we had fun, ang dami nilang games, they keep everyone busy with the fun things.

I only invited mostly from the other side of the Town. Yon lang bang nakilala sa nag baby shower.  Marami kasi kami rito, kaya minsan pag may party ako, idini-devide ko na lang. Pero sa Xmas party ko, lahat na invited bahala na kung mag siksikan kami!

 Back to the baby shower party. Peach is a nurse, she has been here for the longest time. Her husband is a registered nurse also. They are very loving couple and nice people. Minsan kasi, ang dami natin maririnig na pag Pilipino couple ayaw  makipag kaibigan sa Filipina na ang asawa American? Hindi naman lahat, medyo marami na rin akung kilala na ang asawa nila Pilipino. Super bait naman ang mga asawa nila. Hay, naku, ang sarap ka usap nga nila e. Parang either kuya ko or parang bonso kung kapatid na lalaki.  At ang galling pa tumulong nila sa Gawain bahay. ~_^

Thanks a lot for ur thoughtfulness and so sorry for keeping u on hold for a long while . Have u check ur e-mail lately? I sent u a note last week regarding ur kids Christmas gifts, urs, Cleos and Kims. I'm tied up w/ my schooling and just can't be in two places @ the same time. Hi Lan, I enjoyed looking at the pictures. That's so nice about the 5 days break. I don't know why gyud pero mahimuot jud kong magtan-aw ni Jonathan, siguro because I can feel his kakulitan from across the miles. Can't wait for Evan and Garin to meet tho, sila may duol ug edad. Nice display area! Hing-bisita na bitaw ko sa imo catalog, daghang nindot pero naglibog lang ko asa bagay pang everyday/offce wear nako.
